Each 10×10 exhibit space includes:

* Exhibit Booths are not carpeted. Booth carpeting is required by Show Management and may be rented from the Online Kit. If carpeting is not ordered, charcoal grey carpet will be provided and charged to the exhibiting company.

For any additional booth services or décor such as internet, signage, furniture or labor, contact Teamwork Event Services. Order these services by December 23 through the Online Service Kit to receive vendor discounts.

Potato Expo: The Place to Network and Develop Partnerships

Year after year, attendees cite networking as their main reason for attending Potato Expo. Booth Staff Registration

Each 10×10 booth at Potato Expo comes with two complimentary registration passes – one All-Access Pass and one Trade Show Only Pass. The All-Access pass includes access to all General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Trade Show, and Thursday night’s San Francisco Street Party. The Trade Show Only pass includes access only to the Trade Show. Please note that complimentary Trade Show Only passes cannot be upgraded to an All-Access Pass.

You can register booth staff using your complimentary registrations by logging into the Exhibitor Service Center. Your username and password can be found on your exhibit booth confirmation email. After you have logged in, click on “Booth Staff Registration” in the left-hand toolbar and begin the registration process.  Bringing a guest? You can also register a spouse or child in the Exhibitor Service Center. If you have additional passes to purchase you can also process them through the Exhibit Service Center.

Exhibitor Checklist

Once you have reserved your exhibit booth for Potato Expo 2017 there are a few things you should do right away. Be sure to download the Exhibitor Checklist and Quick Reference Guide to stay on top of important deadlines and information for exhibiting. Sign into the Exhibitor Service Center to review display guidelines, update your company description, purchase advertising, and download Teamwork Event Specialist’s order forms.

Action Item: All exhibitors must sign and return the Exhibitor Terms and Agreement within 7 days of reserving your exhibit space. To confirm whether or not Potato Expo staff has received your completed form, e-mail us at exhibit@potato-expo.com.

Welcome to the Potato Expo 2017 Exhibitor Blog

Welcome to the Exhibitor Blog for the Potato Expo 2017 held in San Francisco, January 4-6. We’re looking forward to another great show.

Registration is now open for both exhibit booths and attendees/booth staff. If you have not already reserved your exhibit booth, register for one here. If you have already reserved a booth, you can register booth staff in the Exhibitor Service Center to claim your complimentary passes. Each 10×10 booth space includes one complimentary All-Access pass and one complimentary Trade Show Only pass.

The room block at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis is also open. Make your hotel reservations today online or over the phone by calling 1-877-622-3056 and refer to the group code ‘Potato Expo’. Don’t wait to make your reservations.

Note:   Do NOT book reservations through any other company or representative claiming to represent Potato Expo or offering discounts. While these companies may offer lower rates, they will end up adding on fees and you will ultimately pay more, or end up without a legitimate reservation.
