What’s new at the Trade Show – Innovation Hub

Exciting changes are coming to the Trade Show at Potato Expo! New in 2018, the Potato Expo Innovation Hub, which will be located at the Expo Stage, will serve as the nerve center of the conference, offering panels and discussions on topics voted on by the potato community.

With 15 Innovation Hub sessions taking place throughout the entirety of Potato Expo, there will be an added level of excitement and energy in the Trade Show. To view a detailed schedule, click here, and be sure to check our website for program updates.

Networking Opportunities at Potato Expo

In addition to the hours the trade show floor is open, Potato Expo also offers a variety of events to facilitate networking with attendees and industry leaders. With 46 networking hours during the Expo, plus pre-and-post-Expo events, developing connections and creating partnerships has never been easier.

Booth Staff Registration – Claim Your Comp Passes

Each 10×10 booth space at Potato Expo comes with two complimentary registration passes – one All-Access Pass and one Trade Show Only Pass. The All-Access pass includes access to the Trade Show, General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, and the Party Under the Stars event. The Trade Show Only pass includes access only to the Trade Show. Please note that complimentary Trade Show Only passes cannot be upgraded to an All-Access Pass.

You can register booth staff using your complimentary registrations by logging into the Exhibitor Service Center. Your username and password can be found on your exhibit booth confirmation email. After you have logged in, click on “Booth Staff Registration” in the left-hand toolbar and begin the registration process.

Bringing a guest? You can also register a spouse or child in the Exhibitor Service Center. If you have additional passes to purchase for staff you can also process those registrations through the Exhibitor Service Center.

Stay Ahead of the deadlines for Potato Expo – Download the Exhibitor Checklist

To help keep yourself informed, download the exhibitor checklist, and mark the important deadlines for exhibiting at Potato Expo 2018 on your calendar. There are several items registered exhibitors should take action on right away:

  • Sign and return the Exhibitor Terms and Agreement. This form should be returned within 7 days of reserving a booth.
  • Update your company description for the online Floorplan, Printed Program and Mobile App. You can update your company description through the Exhibitor Service Center. Log in credentials can be found in your confirmation email or by emailing exhibit@potato-expo.com.
  • Make hotel reservations at the Rosen Shingle Creek online or by calling 866-996-6338 and mentioning the Potato Expo.

Kick Off the New Year at Potato Expo 2018! It’s a Potato Industry Tradition

Be a part of Potato Expo 2018 as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary! Registration is now open for both exhibitors and attendees and there’s no better time to secure your exhibit booth space then today. Visit potato-expo.com for more information about the schedule, trade show, and exhibitor resources.

The room block at the Rosen Shingle Creek, the host hotel for Potato Expo, is open. Make reservations online or call 866-996-6338 and mention that you are attending the Potato Expo.

Important Note to Exhibitors: Do NOT book reservations through any other company or representative claiming to represent Potato Expo or offering hotel discounts. These companies are referred to as “housing pirates” and while they may offer lower rates, they will end up adding on fees, making you actually pay more for the hotel, or may leave you without a legitimate reservation. Report any such correspondences to questions@potato-expo.com with the company and representative’s name. Book rooms only through the above link and phone number provided.

We are now less than two months away to Potato Expo 2017. As you begin to plan your trip, please review the below schedule with important dates and times for exhibitors such as, registration times, move-in and move-out hours and trade show hours.

Happy Hour at the Trade Show Kick-Off Reception

Start the New Year off right and give attendees one more reason to stop by your booth. At the Trade Show Kick-Off Reception, held Wednesday, January 4, from 5:00pm-6:30pm, exhibitors have the opportunity to provide refreshments such as beer, wine, and cocktails at their booth. This is a great way to invite attendees to your booth and start a conversation that can continue throughout Potato Expo. View the Moscone West Center’s catering services menu here.

Each attendee receives two drink tickets with their registration to use during the Kick-Off Reception and will be served passed hors d’oeuvres. Booth refreshments will supplement this and must be served within your booth and not in the aisles.

What your booth includes at Potato Expo 2017

Each 10×10 exhibit space includes:

  •  1 complimentary All-Access Pass ($795 value) and 1 complimentary Trade Show Only pass ($395 value)
  • 10′ high teal and navy back wall drape
  • 3′ high navy side dividers
  • 7′ x 44′ one-line ID sign
  • 6′ x 30′ teal skirted table
  • 2 standard chairs
  • 1 wastebasket

* Exhibit Booths are not carpeted. Booth carpeting is required by Show Management and may be rented from the Online Kit. If carpeting is not ordered, charcoal grey carpet will be provided and charged to the exhibiting company.

For any additional booth services or décor such as internet, signage, furniture or labor, contact Teamwork Event Services. Order these services by December 23 through the Online Service Kit to receive vendor discounts.
